Shipping of Anlaby Products
We will attempt to send your goods via ‘Australia Post’.
When Purchasing your item in the Checkout please always make sure you select the shipping method you want and then click the ‘Calculate’ button.
When purchasing multiple items we will endeavour to send them to you in the most economic and efficient way. Sometimes this may be to pack both items together, but other times it may be more efficient to send them separately.
Our shipping provider (Australia Post) works out the charge for shipping online and automatically, even when you purchase multiple items.
Occasionally we may offer “Free Shipping” or “Free Postage” on items.
If you do get offered one of these special deals you will need to select it in the Online Cart’s Shipping area. YOU MUST SELECT IT MANUALLY. CLICK ON IT.
If you choose not to take up the free shipping or post and select the full amount of shipping from Australia Post your total paid will reflect that amount being added.
When purchasing an item that has free postage and a further item that does not have free postage, the cart will be offered free shipping on both items.

Delivery of Anlaby Woollen Products
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering with an automated email.
We will attempt to send your goods via ‘Australia Post’ within 7 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.
